The Three Makers sells children’s craft kits, plaster-painting kits, creative activities, party products, and related merchandise. References to “The Three Makers,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to the business operating this website.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the website, misuse its content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website in a way that could harm The Three Makers or another person.

Purchases must be made by an adult who is at least 18 years old or by a minor with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colors, sizes, and packaging accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

Many of our items are handmade, assembled by hand, or contain handmade plaster figures. Small differences in shape, texture, color, packaging, or appearance are normal. Plaster figure designs may vary slightly from the images shown.

We may update, discontinue, or limit the availability of products at any time.

Our products are intended to be used according to the age recommendations and safety instructions shown on the product or packaging.

Adult supervision is recommended. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product instructions, warnings, ingredient information, and age recommendations before allowing a child to use a product.

Craft materials and kit contents are not food and must not be eaten. Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth. Keep small parts and craft materials away from babies and pets.

Stop using a product immediately if irritation, damage, or another safety concern occurs.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or errors in product information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another third-party payment processor. We do not control and are not responsible for the payment processor’s systems, policies, or service interruptions.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout when required. Customers remain responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that are not collected during checkout.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order is returned or must be reshipped because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s procedures. Please contact us promptly if a package arrives damaged or appears to be missing.

Returns, refunds, replacements, and order cancellations are handled according to the Return and Refund Policy posted on our website.

Personalized, custom-made, opened, used, or damaged products may not qualify for return unless they arrived defective or were damaged during shipping.

The Three Makers name, logos, mission characters, stories, artwork, photographs, product designs, packaging, website content, and written materials belong to The Three Makers or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or use our content or designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any artwork, character, story, logo, or other intellectual property.

You retain ownership of photographs, reviews, or other content you submit.

We will not use a child’s photograph in advertising or public marketing without permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian. If you give us permission to share submitted content, you allow us to display it on our website, social media pages, and promotional materials.

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Stripe, shipping carriers, social media platforms, and other websites. We are not responsible for the content, security, availability, or policies of third-party services.

We work to provide accurate information and safe, quality products. However, our website and products are provided to the fullest extent permitted by law without guarantees beyond those expressly stated.

The Three Makers is not responsible for injuries, property damage, allergic reactions, misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow product instructions and warnings.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Three Makers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability related to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to hold The Three Makers harmless from claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, misuse of a product, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

We may update these Terms of Service as the business, website, or legal requirements change. The revised terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal dispute will be handled in the appropriate court located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
