Refund & Return Policy

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because our kits contain craft materials, opened or used products cannot be returned. Personalized, custom-made, and clearance items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the request and, when approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Returns must be approved before being mailed. Items returned without approval may not qualify for a refund. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before they enter processing or production.
